Comfortable, Natural-Looking Dentures Made In-House

Replacing missing teeth should not mean settling for a denture that looks fake or never quite fits. With our in-house denturist, Sarwar Sarwari, RD, we make custom full and partial dentures that look natural, feel comfortable, and help you eat, speak, and smile with confidence — all under one roof here in South Surrey.

Your denture options

There is no single right denture. The best choice depends on how many teeth you are replacing, the health of your mouth, and what you are hoping for in comfort and fit. We will talk it through together and explain the benefits and trade-offs of each option, so you can choose what feels right for you.

  • Complete dentures to replace a full arch of teeth
  • Partial dentures that fill gaps around the teeth you still have
  • Implant-supported dentures for extra steadiness
  • Relines and repairs to keep an existing denture fitting well

How we make your dentures

We start with impressions and measurements, then design a denture shaped to your mouth and shaded to look natural. You will try it before it is finished, giving you the chance to tell us how it looks and feels, and then we fine-tune the fit and bite to help make it as comfortable and natural-looking as possible.

Because our denturist is right here, adjustments are quick and easy. It's normal for a new denture to need a few small adjustments as your mouth gets used to it. Simply call and book an appointment, and we'll make any needed adjustments to help keep your denture comfortable.

Settling in and caring for them

New dentures take a little getting used to while your cheeks, tongue, and gums adjust. We will guide you through eating and speaking with them, and we'll check in to make sure everything feels comfortable.

Over time, your gums and jaw naturally change shape, so an occasional reline can help keep your dentures fitting well. Regular checkups also let us monitor your gum and overall mouth health, helping us catch small concerns early and keep your mouth as healthy as possible.

Frequently asked questions

How much do dentures cost in BC?+

Every denture is custom-made because every smile is different. The treatment that's right for you depends on your oral health, your goals, and the type of denture that best suits your needs.

Any applicable treatment fees follow the BC Dental Association Fee Guide, and we'll explain everything before treatment begins.

During your visit, we'll examine your mouth, discuss your options, explain every step of the process, and provide a written treatment plan and estimate before you decide whether to proceed. If an examination fee applies, we'll let you know before your appointment.

You'll never be asked to agree to treatment without first understanding what we recommend, why we recommend it, and what it will cost. We'll help you understand your insurance or CDCP coverage, explain payment options if they're available, and make sure you understand every cost before treatment begins.

Still have questions? We'd be happy to help you understand your denture options and recommend the solution that's best for your smile.

What's the advantage of an in-house denturist?+

Having Sarwar Sarwari, RD on-site means your dentures are designed, fitted, and adjusted right here at our office, working closely with Dr. Hassan. Your care stays coordinated from start to finish, and if your denture ever needs an adjustment or reline, you can simply book an appointment with us.

Will dentures look natural?+

We design your dentures to look as natural as possible by shading and shaping them to suit your face and smile. Before they're finished, you'll have the chance to see how they look and tell us what you think, so we can make any final adjustments.

Do dentures hurt or feel uncomfortable?+

There's usually a short settling-in period while your mouth adjusts to your new dentures. Some mild discomfort and a few small adjustments are normal at first. We'll work with you to adjust the fit and help make your dentures as comfortable as possible. Having our denturist right here makes follow-up appointments easy.

How often do dentures need to be replaced or relined?+

Your gums and jaw naturally change shape over time, so most people need their dentures relined every few years and eventually need a new denture. Regular checkups help keep the fit comfortable, catch small issues early, help your denture last as long as possible, and support your overall oral health.
